Open dashboard →Offers and checkout
An offer connects a price and access rules to a Trainer Space program or to a marketplace product (course, meal plan, or coaching) sold on your page. The same catalog product can have both a marketplace listing and its own Trainer Space offer — that is separate from program modules. Configure offers on Products → open a product → Sale tab. Landing copy and public URLs live under Site & domain.
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Price & currency | What the buyer pays (matches host: USD or RUB) |
| Billing mode | One-time purchase or recurring subscription |
| Access duration | Days of workspace access after purchase or renewal |
| On sale | Publish or pause the offer without deleting it |
| Payment collection | FitSpace checkout (default) or external checkout (Starter+) |
| Terms & rules | Pause/cancel behavior, service level shown before checkout |
One primary CTA per offer on your landing page. Do not imply lifetime access unless the offer explicitly grants it.
| Mode | Best for | Buyer sees |
|---|---|---|
| One-time | Fixed program, challenge, package | Single charge; access for N days |
| Recurring | Ongoing coaching, membership | Billing interval before checkout; renewals extend access |
Recurring student billing is separate from your FitSpace author subscription — see Billing & limits.
FitSpace hosts checkout on your landing:
After confirmed payment:
Pending or failed payments must not grant access.
From Starter upward you can collect payment on your own checkout page:
External checkout does not remove processor fees on your side — FitSpace still takes 0% platform commission on direct sales, not payment processing on your stack.
Your author plan may cap published offers. Check Billing → Usage before launch. Unpublish offers you are not actively selling to free slots.
Students appear under Clients with the granting offer. Seat counts feed Billing → Usage. Cancelling a recurring student payment does not always remove access immediately — the current paid period may continue.
