Check-ins and notifications

Check-ins turn recurring client updates into a reviewable workflow with due and missed states.

Workflow

1. Start from a preset or create grouped questions.
2. Assign the check-in to a client or program and choose its recurrence.
3. The client completes the form on Web, iOS, or Android.
4. Review, accept, or return the submission with a clear next action.

Trainer creation and review are available on Web and iOS. A full Android trainer-author workspace is not available.

Notification boundaries

Due and missed reminders depend on configured providers and the recipient's push or email permissions. A check-in is not an emergency or diagnostic service; define a separate contact path for urgent issues.

Verify and troubleshoot

• Assign a demo check-in due today and confirm it appears for the client.
• Submit it and verify the status and answers in the trainer inbox.
• If no reminder arrives, check due date, time zone, channel configuration, and recipient permission.
