Upload interrupted

• Check your connection and retry TUS (clients support resume).
• Ensure tus-complete-new runs after the file finishes — without it the lesson is not attached to the course.
• On iOS, keep the app alive until complete finishes (see Live Activity).

Video exists in Stream but not in the course

Copy stream_uid from the initiate response and contact support if complete fails. If an upload stays pending for more than 24 hours without binding to a lesson, you and FitSpace ops receive a reminder email; Stream assets are not deleted automatically (deletion only via support or when explicitly enabled on the server).

Replacing a video

Use tus-replace-existing — the previous stream_uid is removed from Stream when it is no longer referenced.

Author library

Reuse a video from another course via add-from-library without uploading to Stream again.
