Scope

This list identifies providers that may process data for Trainer Space. The actual route depends on region, currency, feature and configuration. FitSpace does not send every data category to every provider.

Infrastructure and delivery

• Cloudflare — edge, CDN, DNS, security, Workers and D1/R2; global infrastructure.
• Mux and/or Cloudflare Stream — video hosting, transcoding and delivery; United States/global.
• Sentry — error diagnostics and technical metadata; United States/EEA depending on configuration.

Payments

• Stripe — international SaaS billing and direct processing through the connected seller account; US/EEA/UK.
• YooKassa — RUB payments, refunds and receipts; Russian Federation.
• Apple/Google — only where a separate purchase is offered as IAP under store rules; Trainer Space direct web checkout uses direct purchase terms.

Communications and support

• Resend — email delivery; recipient address and message content; United States/global.
• Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging — push delivery to the relevant devices; device token and notification content.
• Support contractors receive limited need-to-know access under confidentiality duties.
