Open dashboard →Launch Trainer Space
Use this checklist to go from an empty workspace to a shareable direct-sales page. For day-to-day navigation after launch, see Dashboard.
Trainer Space uses six tabs: Dashboard · Products · Clients · Billing · Site · Settings. Legacy URLs like /programs or /offers redirect into Products.
Open Products. Creating a product needs no subscription, whatever its type:
Configure program modules: Programs & delivery.
The offer, meaning the price, access and terms of a product, is its own step in the in-app Getting started list. Saving it as a draft needs no subscription for any product type: only putting it on sale does.
A draft offer is not visible to buyers. Details: Offers & checkout.
Open Billing. Compare Starter / Pro / Studio, note seat and video limits, then checkout (Stripe on the primary domain, YooKassa on the RU host) or start a trial when offered. Details: Billing & limits.
For a program, the On sale switch is separate, on the program page: it appears once every step of the Program setup checklist is done and publishes the offer, which needs this subscription. Switching it on without one opens the subscription screen. For a video course, meal plan, or coaching product, On sale is an option on its Sale page and opens the subscription screen the same way.
Open Site → Public page. Complete brand, promise, proof, and primary CTA in the landing editor, then publish. Details: Site & domain.
Walk through checkout and student home as a buyer would: payment confirmation → workspace access → modules (chat, materials, check-ins, workouts). Fix gaps before sharing the link.
Default URL: /trainer/{your-slug}. On Pro or Studio, you can add a custom domain under Site → Custom domain.
This is not a step of the in-app Getting started list, which ends with the published page: clients come through your page or an invitation on their own. When payment confirms, the buyer appears under Clients. Assign check-ins if needed and open chat from the student detail page. Details: Clients, chat & check-ins.
If a capability is not shown as available in your workspace, keep it out of sales copy:
Custom domain is available on Pro and Studio — see Site & domain. Do not promise it on Starter.
