1. Parties and service model

These B2B terms govern an Author’s use of Trainer Space. FitSpace is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Vasilevich Novoloake for RUB payments and by FlowPix LIMITED for international payments. Trainer Space supplies infrastructure and does not become the seller of the Author’s direct products.

2. Seller verification

• Paid offers require verified seller and payment details.
• Russian sellers must be verified self-employed persons, sole proprietors or legal entities. International sellers must be a business or individual entrepreneur with tax details and an active Stripe Connect account.
• FitSpace may pause publishing or settlements if eligibility is lost.

3. Plan, limits and trial

• The checkout records the plan, currency, interval, price, student and video limits, and add-ons.
• A trial requires no card and does not convert automatically. The Author must actively select a paid plan.
• Over-limit use may require an add-on or plan change. New publishing or student additions may be restricted, while access already paid for by students is preserved.

4. Renewal, price changes and cancellation

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No prorated refund is due after a period begins, except where law requires or the service is materially unavailable.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.

5. Direct sales and Own Payments

• The Author is the seller. For FitSpace Managed, FitSpace acts as technology and payment agent; for Own Payments, the Author collects payment and FitSpace only receives technical confirmation and grants access.
• FitSpace charges 0% platform commission on Trainer Space direct sales. Processor, bank, external checkout, tax, refund and chargeback costs are not FitSpace commission.
• International Managed payments are created on the verified connected Stripe account. RUB Managed payments are accepted as agent with supplier details in the receipt.
• For Own Payments, the Author is responsible for checkout, receipts, taxes, refunds and disputes and must send timely signed webhook events to synchronise access.

6. Past due, grace and suspension

Failed renewal may trigger a grace period followed by read-only or suspension. Data is retained according to the product and deletion policy, and content already paid for remains deliverable for the promised access period.

7. Content licence and paid access

The Author retains ownership and grants FitSpace a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and deliver content as needed for the service. The delivery licence survives cancellation for access already purchased by students.

8. Student data

For coaching, check-ins and workspace purposes the Author determines the purposes and is controller; FitSpace processes that data under the DPA. FitSpace is a separate controller for accounts, payments, security, mandatory records, disputes and support. For Own Payments, the Author supplies buyer email and payment identifiers solely to create an invite, link access and synchronise the entitlement.

9. Availability and responsibility

Self-service plans include no SLA and are supplied as available. The Author is responsible for qualifications, claims, programme safety, taxes, content, student responses and applicable obligations. Trainer Space is not medical diagnosis or emergency care.

10. Incorporated documents, custom domains and changes

The Author Agreement, Trainer Space DPA and current Subprocessor List are incorporated. A custom domain changes the address and branding, not the service operator; the Author must not hide mandatory FitSpace legal, privacy and seller disclosures. Updates may be notified by email and/or in-app. After the stated effective date, continued use may be recorded without a blocking re-acceptance screen. FlowPix LIMITED terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory local rights.
