Nutrition coaching

Trainer Space nutrition supports an assigned seven-day plan inside a coaching program.

Workflow

1. Build a week manually, reuse a meal/day/week library block, or generate an AI draft.
2. Review every item, portion, note, and restriction before saving.
3. Attach the week to a program and create a personal variant when one client needs it.
4. Review eaten and skipped meal logs together with the coaching context.

Trainer authoring is available on Web and iOS. Clients use the assigned plan on Web, iOS, and Android. Android has no full trainer-author workspace.

Safety and product boundaries

AI output is a draft under trainer control, not autonomous medical nutrition advice. Trainer Space nutrition is separate from Marketplace meal-plan products and the consumer AI nutrition subscription. Work within your professional scope and send medical cases to an appropriate clinician.

Verify and troubleshoot

• Preview all seven days with a demo client.
• Submit eaten and skipped test logs and confirm the trainer can review them.
• If a personal variant is missing, confirm the selected client and active program access.
