1. Seller, payment mode and FitSpace role

The seller is the Author whose legal details are displayed before payment and stored in the order seller snapshot. For FitSpace Managed, FitSpace provides the interface, hosting, access delivery and payment support as payment agent. For Own Payments, the Author receives money outside FitSpace; FitSpace receives signed technical confirmation and grants access but is not payment agent for that transaction. FitSpace is not the provider of the Author’s coaching.

2. Order-specific terms

Before payment you see the product, price, currency, access period, recurring interval, trial, next charge date, document versions, Refund Policy and seller additions. Pressing the payment button accepts the displayed legal bundle.

3. Quality and safety

• The Author is responsible for content, qualifications, claims, safety and coaching performance.
• Neither FitSpace nor the Author provides medical diagnosis or emergency care through Trainer Space, and no fitness, medical or financial result is guaranteed.
• You must consider your condition and stop exercise if you feel unwell.

4. Recurring access

Recurring access renews for the stated interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally does not re-price the current period, except mandatory law, erroneous charge or material unavailability. The next charge date is shown before payment and in order details.

5. Refunds

• Digital course/program: the right of use is granted when access is technically opened after payment. Non-use (no viewing or progress) is not the same as non-delivery.
• Double charge, failed access opening or confirmed technical impossibility of use entitles you to a full refund.
• As an additional commercial term: if use has not started (no viewing or progress record) and a request is made within fourteen calendar days of payment, the amount is ordinarily refunded in full to the original payment method. This term does not abridge mandatory consumer rights.
• After the right of use is granted, subjective failure to achieve an expected result, change of personal circumstances, or mismatch with your expectations about place, format or level of training do not by themselves entitle a full refund if those properties were disclosed before payment. Review considers the grant, elapsed term and actual use.
• Mandatory consumer law of the applicable jurisdiction prevails. These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
• Coaching/service: the subject matter is a personal service. Withdrawal follows applicable law; any refund may deduct the part already performed or actual expenses incurred.
• Recurring access: cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is ordinarily not prorated except mandatory law, erroneous charge or material unavailability.
• More favourable Author terms also apply but cannot reduce mandatory minimum rights.

6. Disputes, refunds and chargebacks

For FitSpace Managed payments, FitSpace may process a legally or contractually required refund or payment dispute without separate Author consent, adjusting access, Author earnings and withholdings from payouts. For Own Payments, the Author refunds through the external payment method and then sends a technical event notification so FitSpace synchronises access; FitSpace does not treat such an order as eligible for FitSpace’s own refund operation.

7. Age and data

Purchases are available from age 16. Workspace data is shared with the identified Author to perform the direct contract. When coaching ends the Author loses access, while the student keeps personal history until account deletion, subject to mandatory records.
