Why previews and files matter

Previews sell before payment: short clips in the carousel on the course page. Materials (PDFs, etc.) add value after purchase. Cover is the first impression in the catalog.

Preview videos

Where: course page → Preview videos (not Manage videos — those are full workouts).

Steps

1. Add preview → upload or pick from library.
2. Order clips — carousel order on the storefront page.
3. On an approved course, preview changes go through a revision like workouts.

What buyers see

Carousel on the course page; catalog shows cover and short description (previews don’t autoplay everywhere).

Materials (PDF and files)

• Attach PDFs: plans, tables, meal diagrams;
• Files go to your author library and link to the course;
• Buyers download on the course page after payment.

Replacing materials on a live course → revision.

Cover image

Uploaded in the course editor — main catalog/feed image.

Tips:

• Readable on small screens;
• Clear subject/action, not tiny text;
• Match real content (moderation checks misleading covers).

Common mistakes

• Only previews, no workouts — moderation fails.
• 5+ minute “previews” — buyers don’t finish.
• Heavy PDFs with little value — complaints and low ratings.
