Why a standalone meal plan

Not every buyer wants a course. A meal plan is its own product: menu by day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), calories and macros. Sell alone or bundle with a course.

How it works

• Buyers access plan days in the app and web;
• You edit structure in draft or after rejection;
• After approval, meaningful changes go through product moderation (not course revision).

Create from scratch

1. Create meal plan.
2. Title, description, price, cover, language.
3. On the plan page — Days: add program days.
4. Per day — meals (name, foods, calories/macros per your format).
5. With confirmed verification — Submit for moderation.

Moderation

Same expectations as courses: honest copy, price, cover, filled day structure.

Bundle with a course

In course settings pick a recommended meal plan (your approved plan). Buyers may purchase course, plan, or both per storefront rules.

Plan translations

Text translations for meal plans (like courses) — Translations on the plan page after approval, paid by the author. No workout dubbing — plans typically have no training clips.

Analytics and payouts

• Statistics — card impressions, page visits, purchases;
• Money — payouts by period, like courses.

Common mistakes

• Empty days or one day for a month-long program — rejection risk.
• Extreme weight-loss claims — moderation risk.
• Linking an unapproved plan to a course — only approved plans.
