THE BASIC MINIMUM A course you can truly start with Want to get stronger, move more, and feel better—but regular workouts seem too complicated, too long, or too intense? “The Basic Minimum” is an at-home program for women who want a clear, manageable system without jumping, exhausting cardio, or trying to change their entire life starting Monday. Over four weeks, you’ll gradually learn the fundamental movement patterns, strengthen your whole body, become more confident performing exercises, and establish a training routine you can maintain beyond the initial burst of motivation. You don’t need to be athletic, flexible, or fit to get started. This course is designed to help you build that foundation. Who this course is for “The Basic Minimum” is a good fit if you: ✔️haven’t trained in a long time or are starting from scratch; ✔️don’t know which exercises to do or how to combine them into a program; ✔️are tired of workouts that are too complicated or intense; ✔️want to strengthen your body but are afraid you won’t manage; ✔️keep starting to work out and quickly give up; ✔️don’t move much and feel stiffness in your body; ✔️want to return to training after a long break; ✔️are looking for short at-home workouts without trips to the gym; ✔️want to prepare for a more advanced training program. This isn’t a collection of random workouts. Every session connects to the next, gradually building a foundation of strength, body control, stability, mobility, and confidence in your movements. What’s included 12 full-body strength workouts Three times a week, you’ll complete short strength sessions lasting around 25 minutes. The program includes fundamental movements: * squats; * hinges and Romanian deadlifts; * lunges and split squats; * glute bridges; * rows for the back muscles; * presses; * push-ups; * exercises with dumbbells and resistance bands. The course uses four main strength workouts. Each one is repeated three times throughout the program. This is intentional: the first time, you get familiar with the exercises; the second time, you perform them with more confidence; and the third time, you may be ready to increase the weight or band tension, use a greater range of motion, or choose a more challenging variation. Repeating workouts is what helps you see real progress instead of having to figure out unfamiliar movements from scratch every time. Short posture workouts Separate sessions will help you: ✅improve mobility in the thoracic spine; ✅strengthen the muscles of the upper back; ✅learn to better control the position of your head, ribs, and pelvis; ✅reduce stiffness after sitting for long periods; ✅make shoulder and shoulder-blade movements feel freer. The course doesn’t promise to create one “perfect” posture. Its goal is to make your body stronger and more mobile, and to help you control your position with greater confidence. Core fundamentals You’ll perform simple but genuinely effective exercises: * dead bug; * bird dog; * standard plank; * side plank; * reverse plank; * breathing exercises; * exercises for controlling the ribs and pelvis. We won’t simply do endless ab exercises. These workouts will help your core perform its main functions: stabilizing the body, resisting excessive extension and rotation, maintaining your torso position, and transferring force between your arms and legs. Full-body mobility The program includes separate short sessions focused on: * the ankles; * the hips; * the hamstrings and inner thighs; * the thoracic spine; * the shoulders; * the chest muscles; * the wrists. The goal isn’t to do the splits or achieve the same range of motion as everyone else. You’ll gradually develop the mobility needed for everyday life and strength training. What a training week looks like 📆Monday — full-body strength workout 📆Tuesday — posture 📆Wednesday — full-body strength workout 📆Thursday — core 📆Friday — full-body strength workout 📆Saturday — mobility 📆Sunday — rest The core of the program is three strength workouts. The posture, core, and mobility sessions are shorter and complement the main training load. 📆 You don’t need to train for an hour every day. Most sessions take 15–25 minutes. What you’ll need Simple home equipment is enough to complete the course: ◻️a pair of dumbbells; ◻️a long resistance band; ◻️a mini band; ◻️a sturdy chair; ◻️a dowel or regular mop handle; ◻️a mat. No machines or trips to the gym required. What you’ll gain after four weeks With regular training, you will: ✔️learn the fundamental strength movements; ✔️strengthen your legs, glutes, back, arms, and core; ✔️become more confident using dumbbells and resistance bands; ✔️improve body control during exercises; ✔️feel more stable and mobile; ✔️understand how to choose an appropriate training load; ✔️establish a clear training rhythm; ✔️prepare your body to continue training and take on more challenging programs. The course isn’t a promise to completely transform your body in four weeks. Its main purpose is more important: to give you a practical foundation so workouts no longer feel too complicated or unfamiliar. Why the program works You won’t have to learn dozens of new exercises every day. The course is built around: ◾️clear, fundamental movements; ◾️a gradual introduction to training load; ◾️regularly repeating workouts; ◾️the option to increase the weight or difficulty as you’re ready; ◾️a combination of strength, core work, posture, and mobility; ◾️short sessions that can realistically fit into everyday life. You’re not just following the trainer’s movements—you’re learning to understand your body and recognize your own progress. Important All exercises can be performed through a comfortable range of motion and adapted to your level. During a workout, you don’t need to push through pain or try to keep up with the pace at all costs. If you have an injury, significant pain, have recently had surgery, are pregnant, or have medical restrictions, discuss the appropriate training load with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting the course. Don’t wait until you feel ready Readiness doesn’t appear before your first workout. It develops along the way—when exercises become familiar, your movements feel more confident, and workouts stop feeling intimidating. Start with the basic minimum. It can become your first steady step toward a strong, functional body.
